UV Cured Letterpress Printing
UV Cured Letterpress Printing offers a top quality product at an affordable price. Coupled with our large number of premium label materials, this process produces labels that are a staple of almost any manufacturing facility. Includes:

• UV Cured Fade Resistant Inks
• UL and CSA recognized label products
• Lamination including self-laminating labels
• Pinfeed & Perforating in-line
• Labels are available on rolls, on sheets or fanfolded

Digital Printing
Digital Printing provides you with ultra-high quality graphics for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Ink Jet Printing includes:

• High-resolution graphics – up to 1440 x 1440 dpi
• Light-fast and waterproof inks provide outdoor durability of up to 4 years*
• Ideal for prototypical and short-run jobs
• Consecutive barcoding and numbering
• No plates, tooling or minimum order quantity required
• Labels are available on rolls or on sheets

High-Speed Laser Printing includes:

• High-resolution graphics – 1200 x 1200 dpi (4800 color quality 2400 x 600 dpi)
• Light-fast and waterproof inks provide outdoor durability up to 3 years*
• Ideal for prototypical, short and medium length runs
• No plates or minimum order quantities required
• Utilizes low-cost flexible dies instead of high-priced steel tooling
• Labels are available on rolls or on sheets

Thermal Transfer Printing allows us to add variable information in combination with any of our other printing processes. We also inventory several UL and CSA recognized materials that can be imprinted here at Legacy or by you using your thermal transfer equipment.

• High-resolution graphics – up to 600 dpi
• Consecutive barcoding and numbering
• Uses resin, wax/resin, and wax ribbons
• Ideal for short to medium run jobs
• No plates or minimum order quantity required
• Labels are available on rolls only

*Adding an over-laminate will further increase UV resistance and provide additional chemical and abrasion resistance.

UL/CSA Recognized Labels
We have over 50 label systems approved by Underwriter’s Laboratories and Canadian Standards Association, including Type L, Type R, and component Marking Systems recognitions. Approved label materials include polyester and vinyl facestocks, polyester and polycarbonate over-laminates, UV letterpress or UV screen print inks, thermal transfer printable polyesters with or without variable information added using high-end resin ribbons.
