Payment Terms

Once credit has been established, our terms are Net 30. No terms or conditions stating otherwise on purchase orders or other written documents override these terms unless approved in writing by Legacy Label. We also take prepayment for orders in the form of check, cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery).

Pricing

All pricing is stated in USD and is based on information given at the time of the most recent quotation for a specific label order. We may have to modify the quoted price to adjust for any necessary changes that arise after receipt of your purchase order but will confirm all changes with you before proceeding.

Note: We will perform all due diligence to complete your order to your specifications but in no instance will Legacy Label Inc. be held liable for damages arising from the use of its products in excess of the actual replacement cost of its products.

Lead Time

Standard lead time for new orders is 8 to 10 business days. Repeat orders typically ship in 5 to 7 business days (these lead times don’t apply to large volume runs or specialty jobs where material must be ordered).

Scheduling and material requirements. An up-charge may or may not apply. Please discuss these options with your customer service representative.

Under/Over Run

Please allow for a +/- 10% over or under run for all orders. Orders shipping for the exact order quantity may be subject to an up-charge.

Shipping

All shipping costs are FOB our factory (Tucson, AZ 85713), unless shipped Freight Collect or billed to a Third Party.

Drop Shipping

We are happy to drop ship orders in your name (or someone else’s).

Split Shipments

We can split ship an order for you, either on 2 or more different dates and/or to 2 or more different locations. Please add $15.00 for every separate shipment after the first. Unless a blanket order is in place, all shipments must ship within 60 calendar days of the original order date.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time however any expenses incurred between the original order date and the cancellation date will be invoiced for a minimum of $50.00 up to the total amount of the order plus tax (if applicable).

Return Policy

All defective products must be returned no later than 90 days of invoice date and require that an RMA (return material authorization) number be included with the shipment (an RMA number can be attained from your customer service representative).

Tolerances

Below are our standard manufacturing tolerances:

• For UV Letterpress labels, die cut dimensional tolerances are +/- .010”
• For UV Screen Print labels, die cut dimensional tolerances are +/- .010”
• For High-Speed Laser labels, die cut dimensional tolerances are +/- .010”
• Plotter cut dimensional tolerances are +/- .030”
• Die Cut to Printed Copy movement +/- .020” (on all machines)
• Trimmed liner edge width may vary +/- .030” per edge
• Color match tolerance is within +/- one shade of the closest PMS color in the Pantone Selection Guide

Tighter tolerances than noted above may be available. Please contact your customer service representative to discuss your specifications.
